Fairshare, Online Payments, and CutTime Info

The Band has accounts at school (bookstore) and with the Band-Aides (Boosters). Make sure to make payments to the correct account.

Payments to school (through the bookstore) should be made out to MRHS Band and include:
  • Fairshare
  • Band Camp
  • BOA Flagstaff
  • All-Region/Solo & Ensemble Participation
Payments to the Band-Aides, made out to MRHS Band-Aides include:
  • Uniforms
  • Sticks/Mallets
  • Meals

Payments can be made:

  1. online through the DVUSD Online Payment Portal at az-deervalley.intouchreceipting.com;
  2. in person in the Band Room lockbox or at the MRHS Bookstore during regular school hours
  3. by mail to: MRHS Band, Attn: Mr. Malone, 22800 N 67th Avenue, Glendale AZ 85310, with checks made payable to MRHS BAND.

When paying online or at the MRHS Bookstore, please send a PDF or screenshot of your receipt to fairshare@mrhsbandaides.org

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW that you/friends/family have made a payment. For checks, include your student’s first and last name in the memo line.

A monthly $25 LATE FEE has been added to student ledgers that are past due for Fairshare payments. If you made a payment but do not see it on this statement, send a PDF or screenshot of your receipt to fairshare@mrhsbandaides.org

CutTime

Logging Into CutTime

CutTime is where you will find your student’s financial records, handouts, calendar, and sign up to volunteer! You can access CutTime through a unique link sent via text message. 

Incoming student accounts will be created from the information provided on the MRHS online registration form.

 CutTime accounts for the new school year will be created in June.

Parents and guardians will receive a text message from CutTime with a unique link to create a guardian account and link it to your student’s profile, right before or during band camp in July. Clicking the link will walk you through setting up your guardian account.

  1. Click the button to “Send a verification code”
  2. Check your text messages and enter the code you receive
  3. Select your student’s name (our example student is named “Student Band”)
  4. Your student dashboard includes Announcements, Events, Documents, and Financials
