Michelle Stolper
Michelle Stolper is the Principal Flutist of the West Valley Symphony and a highly sought-after flute teacher in the North Phoenix area. She plays frequently with The Phoenix Symphony and performs throughout the valley as a soloist and chamber musician. In addition to directing the Mountain Ridge Flute Choir, Michelle also directs the Boulder Creek Flute Choir and enjoys teaching private lessons in her flute studio. She holds a Masters in Music from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and a Bachelors in Music Education and Flute Performance from Northern Arizona University.
Michelle is excited to be entering her fifth year of working with the wonderful flutists of the Mountain Ridge HS Band. She currently lives in Anthem with her husband and three-year-old daughter who keeps her on her toes with frequent impromptu dance parties.
